Vantage Point Partners is a London based company founded by Antoinette
Hennessy, who is an energetic and results driven coach. Her coaching
philosophy is ‘the possibilities are endless’ and she truly believes that
individuals and organisations can go from being good to great using the
powerful intervention of coaching.
She gained her career development expertise whilst working for a leading
hr outplacement company. During that time she worked with numerous
clients from global investment banks such as Deutsche, Morgan Stanley, UBS
and Barclays. Her clients have ranged from associates to leaders of
global teams. She has also coached clients from a variety of
industries including insurance, education, legal, media and retail.
Before committing to her passion for coaching, Antoinette spent 20 years
working for financial institutions based in London. Her
successful career saw her gain broad organisational experience from back
office culminating in client facing sales and business generation where she
led a team selling multi-million sized primary bond transactions for global
companies such as Volvo, Scania and Volkswagen. She
developed a broad knowledge of global economics, industry sectors such as
oil & gas, transport, engineering and the corporate world. Her
colleagues described her as motivational and her key skill for developing
relationships with high profile investors throughout Europe and in London,
such as Gartmore and Schroders, led to many profitable transactions.
She gained a high profile reputation within the syndicated loan market and
still retains an extensive network of contacts. Having
worked for Australian, American, Japanese and Swedish institutions she has
an excellent understanding of different cultures and an indepth knowledge of
the Nordic culture.
Antoinette trained on what is widely thought amongst coaches as the ‘best
coach training programme’ in the UK with Coaching Development Ltd where she
honed her listening, communicating and coaching skills, enhanced with NLP
and TA training. She has made a successful career transition herself
so knows the challenges and rewards.
She is accredited as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and fully supervised and insured.
